Mask R-CNN is a great algorithm and I've been using it successfully on some personal project and some commercial projects.
Despite being a really popular algorithm, there is normally NOT an easy way to use, as it requires the installation of multiple libraries and manual configuration of python code just to make it run, not to mention training it.
