These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, desktop applications, online services, educational content, communities, documentation, downloads, and related services offered by Pysource LTD EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria under VAT number BG205838657, with registered office at 2 Liuben Karavelov bul, 3rd floor, office 5, Plovdiv, 4000, Bulgaria (“Pysource”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms apply to Pysource products and services, including VisoLabel, VisoNode, AI Vision Academy, associated websites, member areas, forums, downloads, and support services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or licence, downloading or installing software, joining AI Vision Academy, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use the Services where doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, export controls, or other legal restrictions.
2. ACCOUNTS
Some Services require an account. You agree to:
- provide accurate and current information;
- keep your login credentials confidential;
- promptly update information that changes;
- take responsibility for activity performed through your account; and
- notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not share, sell, transfer, or make your account available to another person unless your plan or written agreement expressly permits it.
3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
3.1. VisoLabel
VisoLabel is a desktop application for preparing computer vision datasets, annotating images and video, using AI-assisted annotation tools, training supported models, and exporting datasets or models.
Your available features may depend on your plan, operating system, hardware, licence, and product version.
3.2. VisoNode
VisoNode is a desktop application for creating and running visual computer vision workflows by connecting inputs, models, tracking, logic, integrations, and outputs.
VisoNode may include preview, beta, experimental, or early-access features. Such features may be incomplete, changed, delayed, or discontinued.
3.3. AI Vision Academy
AI Vision Academy provides educational materials, recorded lessons, projects, community access, live sessions, guidance, and related learning resources. The exact curriculum, instructors, release schedule, community platform, and included benefits may change over time.
Educational content is provided for learning purposes. We do not guarantee employment, income, business results, certification acceptance, or any particular technical outcome.
4. LICENCES AND PERMITTED USE
Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, Pysource grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for the duration and within the scope of your plan.
Unless your plan or a separate written agreement says otherwise:
- individual licences are for one named user;
- device limits shown at purchase or in your account apply;
- Academy access is for the individual member only;
- you may use paid commercial plans for lawful commercial work;
- free plans may be restricted to non-commercial or limited use; and
- enterprise, team, multi-user, redistribution, or embedded use requires an appropriate licence.
You may make reasonable backup copies of downloadable software solely for your own permitted use.
5. RESTRICTIONS
You may not, except where applicable law expressly permits:
- copy, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Services outside your licence;
- share paid content, login credentials, licence keys, installers, private download links, or member-only resources;
- remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass, or defeat licence controls or technical restrictions;
- scrape, mirror, reproduce, or systematically extract Academy content or documentation;
- use the Services to develop or distribute malware, spyware, harmful code, or unlawful surveillance systems;
- interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the Services;
- use the Services to violate privacy, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, export-control, or other laws;
- upload content you do not have the right to use; or
- misrepresent your relationship with Pysource.
These restrictions do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. USER DATA, DATASETS, AND CONTENT
You retain ownership of the images, videos, annotations, datasets, models, project files, messages, and other content you provide or create using the Services (“User Content”).
You represent that you have all rights and permissions required to collect, use, upload, process, label, train on, and otherwise handle your User Content, including any personal data, recordings, copyrighted material, or confidential information it contains.
For locally processed desktop features, Pysource does not claim ownership of data stored on your device. When you choose to upload data to a cloud service, community, support channel, or third-party integration, you authorise the processing reasonably necessary to provide that feature.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your User Content, projects, datasets, annotations, models, and exported files.
7. AI, MODELS, AND THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
The Services may include or integrate open-source software, AI models, model weights, libraries, cloud services, APIs, and other third-party components. Those components may be governed by separate licences and terms.
You are responsible for checking whether a model, dataset, library, export format, or third-party service is suitable and legally permitted for your intended use, especially for commercial deployment.
AI-assisted annotations, detections, classifications, segmentations, model outputs, metrics, recommendations, and generated results may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must review and validate outputs before relying on them, particularly in safety-critical, regulated, medical, employment, legal, financial, security, or high-impact contexts.
Pysource does not guarantee that a trained model will reach any particular level of accuracy, performance, speed, compatibility, or fitness for production.
8. COMMUNITY RULES
When using forums, member communities, live sessions, comments, or other interactive areas, you agree not to:
- harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate others;
- post unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or infringing content;
- publish private or confidential information without permission;
- spam, advertise, solicit, or promote unrelated products without approval;
- distribute malware or harmful links; or
- disrupt discussions or misuse community features.
We may moderate, remove, or restrict content and access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the community, or the Services.
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Pysource a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, and improve the relevant community feature.
9. FEES, BILLING, AND TAXES
Prices, billing periods, included features, device limits, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in the applicable order.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency shown at purchase unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period, except as provided in our Refund Policy or required by law.
You authorise Pysource and its payment providers or merchant-of-record partners to charge the payment method you provide.
Prices may include or exclude VAT, sales tax, or similar taxes depending on your location and the checkout process. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information.
We may change prices for future billing periods. Where required, we will provide advance notice. A price change will not retroactively alter charges already paid.
Any promotional price lock stated at checkout or on the applicable pricing page will be honoured while the same subscription remains continuously active. If that subscription is cancelled or lapses, the price available at the time of any future subscription will apply.
10. FREE, TRIAL, BETA, AND EARLY-ACCESS SERVICES
Free, trial, beta, preview, and early-access Services may have reduced features, usage limits, limited support, or additional technical risks.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue such Services at any time. Data created using an experimental feature may not remain compatible with later versions.
11. UPDATES AND AVAILABILITY
We may release updates, fixes, new versions, or security changes. Certain updates may be required for continued use.
We aim to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be affected by maintenance, internet connectivity, operating-system changes, hardware compatibility, third-party services, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
12. SUPPORT
Support availability, response times, channels, and scope depend on your plan or written agreement. Unless expressly agreed, support does not include custom development, project implementation, guaranteed debugging, data preparation, model-performance guarantees, or consulting services.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including software, website design, text, lessons, videos, graphics, branding, interfaces, workflows, documentation, and other materials supplied by Pysource, are owned by or licensed to Pysource and protected by intellectual-property laws.
“Pysource”, “VisoLabel”, “VisoNode”, “AI Vision Academy”, related logos, and other product names are trademarks or trade names of Pysource. No trademark rights are granted under these Terms.
14. FEEDBACK
If you provide suggestions, ideas, feature requests, or other feedback, you grant Pysource a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of your User Content.
15. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
You may stop using the Services at any time and may cancel a subscription through the available account or billing tools.
We may suspend or terminate access where:
- you materially breach these Terms;
- payment is overdue, reversed, fraudulent, or disputed;
- your use creates a security, legal, or operational risk;
- you misuse the Services or community;
- we are required to do so by law; or
- a Service is discontinued.
Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Serious abuse, fraud, unlawful conduct, security threats, or repeated violations may result in immediate action.
Upon termination, your licence and access rights end. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect, including intellectual-property, payment, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.
16. REFUNDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Our voluntary refund terms are described in the Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Consumers in the European Union and other jurisdictions may have statutory rights concerning withdrawal, conformity of digital content or services, remedies, and refunds.
Where our voluntary policy gives you greater rights than applicable law, the more favourable policy applies.
17. DISCLAIMERS
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not warrant that:
- the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- every feature will work on every device, operating system, driver, GPU, camera, or third-party platform;
- AI or model outputs will be accurate or suitable for a specific purpose;
- defects will always be corrected;
- the Services will meet every regulatory, safety, or industry requirement; or
- educational content will produce a particular professional or financial result.
You are responsible for evaluating whether the Services are suitable for your use case and for implementing appropriate testing, backups, security, human review, and fail-safe measures.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pysource will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, data, models, datasets, or anticipated savings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pysource’s total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of:
(a) the amount you paid to Pysource for the affected Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
(b) EUR 100.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
19. INDEMNITY
If you use the Services for business or professional purposes, you agree to indemnify and hold Pysource harmless from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from:
- your User Content;
- your unlawful or unauthorised use of the Services;
- your deployed models, workflows, applications, or decisions;
- your infringement of another person’s rights; or
- your material breach of these Terms.
This section does not apply to consumers to the extent prohibited by law.
20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, law, security, or business practices.
For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the website, account, product, or email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept them, except where applicable law requires express consent.
21. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, you also retain the protections and rights that cannot be excluded under the laws of your country of residence.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
For business users, the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
