This Refund Policy describes the voluntary free-trial and refund terms offered by Pysource for VisoLabel, VisoNode, AI Vision Academy, Complete Pysource, subscriptions, software licences, and related digital services. It does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable law or the buyer terms of our merchant of record.

1. 7-DAY SOFTWARE FREE TRIALS
Eligible VisoLabel and VisoNode subscriptions include a 7-calendar-day free trial when the trial is displayed on the pricing page and at checkout.
A payment method is required. You are not charged the subscription price during the free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically activates as a paid monthly or yearly subscription and the payment method on file is charged the price, tax, billing interval, and currency confirmed at checkout.
The exact trial end and first billing date are shown at checkout or in the order confirmation. You can cancel at any time before that date through the subscription-management link in your receipt or account.
Complete Pysource and separate AI Vision Academy purchases do not include a free trial unless one is expressly shown at checkout.
2. CHARGES AFTER A FREE TRIAL
The free trial is the voluntary evaluation period for eligible software subscriptions. Pysource does not offer a separate voluntary money-back guarantee for the first charge made when a trial converts to a paid subscription or for later renewal charges.
Cancelling after a paid subscription has activated prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current paid billing period. Access normally continues until the end of that period unless a refund is required by law, approved under the applicable merchant-of-record terms, or issued to correct a duplicate, unauthorised, or incorrect charge.
This section does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
3. 7-DAY ACADEMY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
The initial paid purchase of AI Vision Academy, or of Complete Pysource where Academy access is included, has a 7-calendar-day voluntary money-back guarantee.
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days after the initial payment is successfully completed. No explanation or justification is required.
This voluntary guarantee applies to the initial paid purchase only. It does not restart for subscription renewals, plan changes, reactivations, or repeat purchases by the same customer.
4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Send your request to [email protected] within the applicable 7-day Academy guarantee period.
Please include:
- the email address used for the purchase; and
- the order number, invoice number, or other purchase reference, where available.
If Paddle or another merchant of record processed your purchase, you may also use the refund or support link in your receipt or billing portal. We may direct you to that provider's process or submit the request on your behalf.
5. WHAT AN APPROVED REFUND COVERS
An approved Academy guarantee request receives a refund of the amount paid for the relevant initial purchase, including tax collected as part of that transaction where applicable.
Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. The payment provider, merchant of record, card network, bank, or digital wallet controls its processing time, currency-conversion method, and banking procedures.
Pysource does not charge a refund fee.
6. ACCESS AFTER A REFUND
After a refund is approved, access to the refunded product or service may end immediately.
You must stop using paid software features, licence keys, member-only Academy content, private downloads, support benefits, and other paid resources associated with the refunded purchase. Any licence granted for that purchase is revoked.
A refund does not authorise continued copying, downloading, sharing, or use of member-only materials.
7. ENTERPRISE, CONSULTING, AND CUSTOM WORK
This Refund Policy does not automatically apply to:
- enterprise contracts;
- custom software development;
- consulting or advisory sessions;
- prepaid development-hour blocks;
- implementation services;
- custom training;
- data annotation performed for a client;
- bespoke licences; or
- other individually negotiated services.
Refund and cancellation terms for these services are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement, together with any mandatory rights under applicable law.
8. ABUSE, FRAUD, AND CHARGEBACKS
We may refuse or limit a voluntary refund where there is clear evidence of:
- fraud or stolen payment information;
- repeated purchases intended to obtain continued free access;
- account, licence, or content sharing;
- unauthorised resale or redistribution;
- violation of the Terms of Service;
- manipulation of the refund process; or
- a chargeback already opened for the same transaction.
This section does not limit a statutory right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
9. 7-DAY REFUND PERIOD
Pysource's voluntary refund period for eligible purchases is 7 calendar days, as described in this policy. Send your request within that period using the instructions in section 4.
10. PROCESSING TIME
We aim to approve valid voluntary refund requests promptly. After approval, refunds commonly take several business days to appear, but processing may take longer depending on the provider and country.
